Shannon’s Blend Aged
Balsamic Vinegar
This is Shannon’s Special Blend of Aged Balsamic Vinegars. We import 3 different vinegars from Modena Italy for this blend. This sweet balsamic vinegar is a great compliment to our Olive Oils and will become a necessity in your pantry. 25 Year Old Aged
Balsamic Vinegar
Rancho Olivos is proud to offer you a 25 Year Old Aged Balsamic Vinegar. We import it from Italy. Treat yourself to this complex dark aged vinegar when you are looking for something special. Different layers of sweetness and tart flavors make it a wonderful addition to your pantry. It is excellent drizzled over grilled fruit, meats, or grilled romaine lettuce. Makes a very rich tasting salad dressing. A little goes a long way.

White Balsamic Vinegar
Rancho Olivos is proud to offer you a delightful White Balsamic. We import it from Italy. It is a delicate neutral champagne vinegar with a touch of sweetness. Goes with all of Rancho Olivos’ Artisan Extra Virgin Olive Oils for salad dressings or adding to sauteed vegetables for a little splash of brightness.
